  1. POS MALAYSIA - MYR 9.00 : A cost-effective option for global shipping.
  2. J&T EXPRESS (recommended) - MYR 12.00 : Our recommended choice for reliable and timely deliveries.
  3. DHL - MYR 25.00 (Worldwide): A premium option for swift and secure international shipping.
  4. GDEX (recommended) - MYR 12.00 : Another recommended choice known for efficient and traceable deliveries.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

All products found defective on arrival (D.O.A) can be return for exchange within 7 days for online purchase, but it must be in the original condition. If the goods / products has been used or found to be damaged by the user, there will be no exchange. Both 2 way postage are not refundable. All return postage paid by buyer.

All decision on all question relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or material shall be final and conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to abide by such decision. 

Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don't return your order without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.

 

HOW YOUR ORDER IS BEING PACKED CAREFULLY

Step 1: Inspection and Preparation

Before the packing process begins, our dedicated team conducts a thorough inspection of your camera or lens to ensure it meets our quality standards. The item is then prepared for the packing process.

Step 2: Selecting the Right Size Box

Based on the dimensions and shape of your camera or lens, our packing team selects the appropriate-sized brown carton/box. This step ensures a snug fit, minimizing any movement during transit and providing optimal protection.

Step 3: Bubble Wrap Protection

A layer of high-quality bubble wrap is carefully wrapped around your camera or lens. This serves as a cushion against external impacts, providing an additional layer of protection to delicate components.

Step 4: Securing Fragile Parts

For cameras or lenses with detachable parts, such as lenses or accessories, extra attention is given to secure these items. Bubble wrap is strategically placed around fragile parts to prevent any contact that may result in damage during transportation.

Step 5: Placing the Item in the Box

The bubble-wrapped camera or lens is gently placed inside the brown carton/box. The packing team ensures that there is no empty space within the box to minimize the risk of movement during transit.

Step 6: Additional Padding (if required)

In some cases, additional padding materials such as packing peanuts or air pillows may be added to fill any remaining gaps and further enhance the protection of your camera or lens.

Step 7: Sealing the Box

The box is securely sealed with high-quality packaging tape. This ensures that the package remains intact throughout the shipping process.

Step 8: Labeling and Documentation

The package is labeled with all necessary shipping information, including destination address, tracking number, and any handling instructions. A packing slip with a detailed list of enclosed items is also included for your reference.

Step 9: Quality Control Check

Before dispatch, a final quality control check is conducted to verify that the packing meets our stringent standards. This step ensures that your camera or lens is well-protected and ready for a safe journey to your doorstep.
