- Reclaim Warranty Card: Included in the package, this card plays a crucial role in reclaiming warranty benefits. All orders comes with the reclaim card, either you are purchasing online or instore. After you receive your order, you would need to register you camera/lens using the serial number of the product along side your reclaim card. Your warranty card is valid from the day of the purchase to the date of expiry. which means, the customer is eligible for free return and exchange within 14 days of purchase, damages and repair within 30 days and full body coverage for 12 month + 3 month free, as long as no third party repair is involved your warranty is still void.
